  • Marzo 2014: “Muoversi in età anziana” a Odense, Danimarca presso l’Università della Danimarca del Sud. Attività fisica per anziani per prevenire e riabilitare le condizioni cliniche di osteoporosi e sarcopenia al fine di migliorare la qualità della vita.
  • Maggio 2014: “Biomeccanica applicata” a Vienna, Austria presso Centro per le Scienze dello Sport e Università dello Sport, Università di Vienna. Analisi del movimento e problemi biomeccanici nell’allenamento sportivo.
  • Ottobre 2014 “Traumatologia e riabilitazione del ginocchio” a Roma, Italia presso la clinica privata “Villa Stuart”. Valutazione funzionale e riabilitazione dopo infortuni al ginocchio.

TESI FINALE

Revisione della letteratura scientifica: stile di vita ancestrale applicato per la prevenzione e trattamento delle malattie cronico degenerative.
